The room was spotless, the beds were super comfy, and the bathroom was spacious.

The ladies at the front desk and the lady who prepared breakfast were wonderful! Great credit to your hotel. They were very personable and friendly and always willing to help if needed.

Close to major road. Breakfast was good. Price was fair.

Pool area had no bathroom or changing room...very few towels. Although the pool water was warm the room itself was very cold.

Deluxe accommodations at the Best Western West Greenwich Inn make it the perfect place to stay while visiting West Greenwich. The attentive and friendly staff deserves special recognition. I appreciated the comfort and cleanliness of the room. The continental breakfast was good. Overall,other than the rowdiness of the guests above us(which after complaining to the front desk--1;30am--it was taken care of) I have no complaints and would not hesitate to stay there again--Cuodoos to the staff- Thanks

Room size was great. It ciuld have used a few extra outlets. Nice big refrigerator. And the toiletries were wonderful!

Breakfast. All carbs. No fresh fruit, no eggs, no bacon or sausage. Waffles and pancakes are nice but empty calories.

The hotel's location is peaceful and exceptionally nice, right by west Greenwich for work at Electric Boat. The rooms are brand-new and good-sized with spacious cleanliness.
